Ronald D. Black, Chief Executive Officer, joined Wavecom on August 16, 2004. Before Wavecom, Dr. Black served as Executive Vice President, Client Systems Group at Agere Systems, a leading provider of advanced integrated circuit solutions for consumer applications, including wireless. Previously, Dr. Black was Vice President at Gemplus, based near Marseilles, France, serving as General Manager of the Next-Generation networks Business unit which specialized in wireless network software and smart cards for 3G networks. Prior to that, he was General Manager for the Networking and Communications Systems Division of Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector. In that position, he oversaw several product areas, including microprocessors, memories and transceivers. Before joining Motorola, Dr. Black held a number of positions at IBM Microelectronics in its Power PC Microprocessors group and in the electronic packaging applications and development areas. Dr. Black holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. |

Alex Brabers (1965) is Executive Vice President of GIMV, responsible for all IT venture capital investments.
Through his experience of over 15 years in venture capital, Alex brings to GIMV a rich experience in private equity.
Alex exited several companies through either trade sales or IPO's and holds board positions in Telenet, Inside Contactless and Language & Computing (L&C). Previous mandates: Option International, Barconet, Telos, Emme and Mobistar.
Prior to joining GIMV in 1990, Alex worked in the banking industry, first as trader in international money market instruments, later in the strategic planning department.
Alex holds a Master in Economics from the University of Louvain. |

Rob Genieser joined Vertex in 2002 as the Managing Director for Vertex Europe and as a Managing Partner in Vertex
Israel. Prior to joining Vertex, Mr. Genieser was a Managing Director of Hambrecht & Quist, which he joined in
1996 in their San Francisco office. While in Silicon Valley, he managed the Firm's wireless, optical and communications
software practices. In this capacity, he sponsored the Firm's investments into Chromatis (acquired by Lucent),
Paragon Software (acquired by Openwave) and Wavtrace (acquired by Harris). Additionally, Rob executed the IPOs of
Portal Software, ONI systems, Corvis, Openwave and INET, amongst others. In the M&A field, Rob assisted VisionTech
on its sale to Broadcom, I-compression on its sale to Globespan, Herrmann Technology on its sale to Lucent, Terayon
on its acquisition of Telegate and MoreCom on its sale to Liberate. Shortly after Hambrecht & Quist's merger with JP
Morgan at the end of 2000, Mr. Genieser moved to London to run the company's emerging technology practice for Europe
and Israel. Earlier in his career, Mr. Genieser worked as a consultant for Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he
focused on the telecommunications industry. Prior to receiving his MBA, he worked for Morgan Stanley in both New York
and Hong Kong as a member of the corporate restructuring group. Mr. Genieser received both his AB (cum Laude) and MBA
from Harvard University. |

Patrick Jones is currently the Chairman of the Board of Lattice Semiconductor, a fabless semiconductor company listed on NASDAQ. He is also on the Board of Directors of
Smarttrust AB , a Swedish developer of software for mobile phone operators; Mobile365,
a provider of SMS and IM infrastructure for mobile phone communications; and Genesys Conferencing, a dual listed collaborative conferencing company based in France.
From 1998-2001, Mr. Jones was Senior Vice President -Chief Financial Officer of Gemplus SA, a dual listed manufacturer of smart cards based in France during their IPO. From 1992-
1998, Mr Jones was Vice President Finance- Corporate Controller of Intel Corp., a period when revenues rose from $8 billion to $25 billion with significant overseas expansion of operations. Prior to that, Mr. Jones was Senior Vice President-CFO of LSI Logic, a NYSE
listed custom semiconductor company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jones was Managing Director of Singer's operations in France, and also Vice President Marketing for Asia for Singer, based in Singapore. Mr Jones started his career with IBM Corporation as a systems engineer. He has an BA from University of Illinois and an MBA from Saint Louis University. |

Lee Kheng Nam has been a venture partner at Granite Global Ventures since 2004. Prior to GGV, Lee Kheng Nam was
the President of Vertex Management, a global venture capital firm, for 20 years. He is a director of several private
and public corporations, including Creative Technology and United Test Assembly and
Centre, and had served as a Director of several other public corporations
engaged in the technology and telecommunication sectors including Centillium
Communications, Chartered Semiconductor, GRIC Communications, Gemplus
International, ActivCard, and SMIC. Kheng Nam is based in Singapore and
assists Granite Global Ventures in the semiconductor sector and in China
generally. Kheng Nam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Degree (First Class Honors) from
Queen's University, Canada and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research & Systems Analysis from the U.S.

Jean Schmitt joined Sofinnova Partners' Information Technology team as Partner in December 2001. He focuses on opportunities in the telecom and consumer electronics industries. Prior to joining Sofinnova Partners, Jean Schmitt was the CEO and founder of SLP InfoWare, a world leader in predictive customer relationship management software for the telecom industry, which he sold to Gemplus in 2000. Jean Schmitt then became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SLP InfoWare and Vice President, Telecom Solutions and Applications at Gemplus. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST) and has a post-graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence. He is guest lecturer at Telecom Paris.

Glenn Collinson is the co-founder of Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR plc) and helped to manage its growth and rise from its roots as a start-up project in 1998 to its listing as a public company in 2004, first as Marketing Director and then as Sales Director.
Other directorships in the last five years include non-executive director of Sonaptic Ltd from April 2005 until its sale to Wolfson in July 2007 and since retiring from the Board of CSR in 2007, Mr. Collinson has taken up and currently holds positions as a non-executive director of DiBcom SA, a fabless semiconductor company manufacturing chipsets for low-power mobile and portable TV reception, a non-executive director of Microemissive Displays Group plc, the AIM listed designer and manufacturer of low-power light emitting polymer displays and a non-executive director of Wolfson Microelectronics plc., the London Stock Exchange listed fabless semiconductor company manufacturing analogue and mixed signal chips for consumer and professional applications.
Prior to co-founding CSR, Mr. Collinson held positions including Senior Engineer and then Marketing Manager at Cambridge Consultants Ltd (1996-1998) and Design Engineer and Marketing Manager at Texas Instruments (1989 -1996). He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and holds a B.Sc. in Physics and an M.Sc. in Electronics from Durham University, as well as an MBA from Cranfield University.

Amedeo D'Angelo has worked in several software companies and was previously in charge of various roles in the semiconductor industry.
From 1991 till end 1994 he was President of Gemplus International (now known as Gemalto), a major company in the smart card industry. In January 1995 he co-founded and was CEO of Incard, which specialized in the Smart Cards and security systems development. From 1997 to 1999 he was Managing Director of De La Rue Smart Card division in Paris. From 1999 to end 2002, he was Chief Operating Officer of Oberthur Card Systems, another smart card company. He led the I.P.O. of Oberthur Card Systems to the Paris stock exchange.
Between 2003 and 2005 Amedeo was the Chairman of Mobileway a large telecom sms service provider. In his last job, he was the CEO of Ingenico S.A. rebuilt the company and created huge value for shareholders.

David Hytha is a wireless executive and entrepreneur and General Partner at New Wave Partners. He also serves as Executive-in-Residence at a major venture capital firm. David was previously Executive Vice Presi-dent of Terminals at T-Mobile in Europe and in key roles at Motorola, McCaw Cellular, AT&T and leading new ventures. His achievements include shipping the world's first standard Bluetooth chipset (Bluetooth v 1.1), shipping the world's first single-chip cable tuner, shipping the world's first distributed in-building antenna system, initiating the program to form a major new mobile carrier (FarEasTone in Taiwan) and winning the world's first 3G handset contract (one of five suppliers to NTT DoCoMo in 1996). He also as a member of the board of directors of several private and public companies including Option, Ltd. of Belgium (EuroNext: OPTI). He holds a MBA from Columbia University in New York and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross. |
